I take a look at taming the Scorpion in Ark: Survival Evolved for PC.

Technique 1: Use Tranq arrows to knock it unconscious, 6+ recommended depending on the level of the Scorpion you are taming.
Technique 2: Use your fists to knock it out, we've not yet tried this way :)

Tame time is roughly 13 - 35 minutes or so, depending on the meat you use and the creature level (spoiled meat is preferred but raw meat will work as well). Use Narcotics to keep torpor levels high, you will need probably 30+ Narcotics to do it.
