Q: is the mission free to play?
A: absolutely. Just like before, the mission is free. The source scripts are free and available.
Q: how is it different from the previous thing you did?
A: it's a big expansion. Various environments, several NPC types, more endings, more effects, more... stuff all around!
Q: multiplayer?
A: no. But you're free to edit the scripts to allow it.
Q: but I don't care about this made-up nonsense! Can't you make something military-focused?
A: this mission has examples of 3D models, custom animations, particle effects, sound design, procedural generation, material + texture usage, event handling, mission design and flow, spawn systems, and many other scripted scenarios. I understand that it isn't a very typical scenario, but it still shows and explains aspects of just about everything I ever talked about on this channel, and then some. The potential use in other projects is limitless.
