I only ever use stationery, running and sprinting, but then again I die a lot in this game. I decided to clear up the 4 (4!) different movements speeds. And that's just for standing up! We never asked for this.

0:00 - Standing still
0:16 - Walking
0:28 - Combat mode (Fast walking)
0:50 - Running
1:09 - Sprinting
