122Aurelion Sol or ASol is one of the best team comps in TFT Set 8. You need to know how to play ASol in Teamfight Tactics if you want to climb.
Just like the other Threats, ASol is incredibly versatile. He can be played as a standalone carry, as a secondary carry, or even as a Morello replacement. He excels with Vertical threats, so our board will usually just be as many 2* Threats as we find thrown onto the board. You can also mix in Aegis for extra Teamwide MR and Civilian for extra mana generation. The board would look something like this, adding Vi, Ekko, and Sejuani for Aegis and Brawler frontline and Janna for Civilian and her weather effect. This board is super flexible, pretty much everything can be changed based on your items and augments. A capped out version of this board will look something like this, using only 4 and 5 cost untis. Items you are looking for are Shojin, JG, Archangels Deathcap, Giant Slayer, and Hextech Gunblade. Last resort items are Blue Buff, Statik, Hoj, and Guardbreaker. Remember that you dont ever need Morello because A Sols ability has a built in burn. So with our belts we can build Warmogs for Zac instead.
