Lying Low servers as a tutorial mission about New York and Boston's underground tunnel networks.

Every door that you unlock in the underground results in a fast travel station appearing on the surface.
To find doors, there are many clues you can utilize:
you can follow rats,
you can read/follow signs (may require Eagle Vision),
and you can follow Mason floor pads (which require near by lanterns to be lit)

However, without a gun, Connor can not unlock all doors at this time. So, just lead Sam to the green map marker.
Pick the door to finish this memory.

As for Stop the Presses, entering the printing shop to start a cutscene. Afterwards, follow Sam to the harbormaster.

(About the guards in front of the print shop, it may be a glitch, but even if I kill them before enterning, they are still there when I exit. If they fight you, kill them. If you lose patience, start using your bow and arrows.)

Once at the harbormaster, say goodbye to Sam for now and head back to the homestead.
