So, way back when I recorded my Accelerate-only Aubergine vs. VPC4 Collider run... I'd kind of wanted to try with at least one or two other characters eventually... but never quite got around to it. ^^;
Anyway, something brought this to mind recently, and I started thinking about it more and more... and finally decided to give Peanut a try. =)
One advantage Peanut has in the Liquorice battle is that Liquorice doesn't make any efforts to avoid floor magma... which can be quite useful, whether you miss intentionally (by aiming at the ground in front of Liquorice) or unintentionally... ^_^
Anyway... as expected, some strategy adjustments definitely had to be made in at least a couple spots leading up to the Liquorice battle... and of course, some adjustments had to be made for the Liquorice battle itself (trying to find a balance of strategy, timing, and level of aggressiveness that'd work well for Accelerate-only Peanut!)... But long story short, eventually... this run happened. =)
Interestingly, the Liquorice battle went fairly well despite the fact that Liquorice managed to pick up 4 Shutdowns through the course of the battle! ^^; Peanut, however, managed to pick up all of the Batteries, so... =)
So anyway, here it is... my first ever Accelerate-only Peanut vs. VPC4 Collider S+! Hope you enjoy!
