4In which I play "Motie", written by Stan Ockers, and published by the Ace Newsletter in 1983. I suspect Stan was inspired by the book "The Mote in God's Eye" by Jerry Pournelle and Larry Niven for the name of the game.
It's a strategy game which is somewhat interesting. I did not figure out how to beat it in this play session, but I got to grips with the ideas, and might be able to do so.
