I have to say out of all the games in my collection, I have to say that the Atelier PS3 games has been the one that surprised me the most. I mean, I've bought games without any expectations and come to loved them, and also bought games where I was pretty hyped and was let down, but I have to say that the Atelier games are really the only games where I thought it was going to be mediocre or boring but came out totally loving them. They're just such unique games to me, I love their flexible and robust synthesizing systems, I love the time management systems and how engaging they are to me, I love the small scope and slice of life stories that the game presents, I find the characters likeable in each game, I also really like how open-endless the games can be which is pretty surprising, I even like the turned based combat systems in them. ... Ok, I only really like the turn based combat systems from Meruru and onward. but case in point, The atelier games are just such a breath of fresh air to me whenever I played them as well as really addicting even though it does seem like KOEL are releasing them each year. But to the games credit, they do change enough aspects to the game to keep the game fresh and Atelier Escha & Logy is no exception. But is Atelier Escha & Logy as enjoyable as the previous games to me? Well let's find out and begin this review. Ateler Escha & Logy is a turn based rpg with time management systems that was developed by GUST and published by KOEI. It is only available for the PS3.

Platform: PS3

Pros:

Not enough scenes voiced in English

Summary :

Overall, Atelier Escha & Logy was a blast for me. The visuals was very pleasant and appealing, the music was pretty good, the story and characters had this laidback atmosphere to it which I really enjoyed as well as the characters in the game being just really likeable characters overall, the time management system is done well with the term assignment system doing a good job of progressing the game with it giving focus on how to progress the game that will allow newcomers to be able to jump in this game and adapt quickly to the time management system as well as there being tons of side missions to do when you do finish the main assignment in the term during free time with the rewards for doing them being really satisfying. The combat system is a lot of fun with the support system opening a number offensive options and defensive options which makes it really fun to mess around. The alchemy systems is robust, flexible, and tons of fun to play with. All and all, I found atelier escha & logy to be really enjoyable and tons of fun with it, though I will admit that the style of gameplay that is in this game won'
