Ahh Drakengard 3, a game title that long time's fans of the Drakengard series seriously thought was never going to come into the day of light with how both how Cava was basically dissolved in 2010 and how it has been basically 10 years since drakengard 2 was released, and a good 3 or 4 years since Nier was released. Now coming into this title even though there was some old developers of Cavia and Yoko Tara being involved in Drakengard 3. I wasn't sure what to expect because Drakengard 1 and 2 had pretty different tones and story even though they had the same type of gameplay, albeit improved in the 2nd game. The first was dark, macabre and could be pretty messed up(well from what I've heard, I played bit of it) in terms of how the world, characters, and story was presented which made very interesting and as a result, it had a cult following to it. , the 2nd was much more tame and typical and generally follow the variation of a hero's journey that most rpgs follow. It was typical but I thought it was written well enough that it was enjoyable. 2 games. so as you can see, I did not know what to expect when going in drakengard 3. So what did we got in Drakengard 3, a game that fans have long awaited for 10 years? or at least 4 years with the release of Nier at 2010? Well, what I got was certainly, a very unique experience. And I am here to discuss this unique experience with you all. Hello, I am Peter_47890 here or Sirus and I am here to Review Drakengard 3. Drakengard 3 is an action rpg that was developed by Access Games and published by Square Enix. It is only available on the PS3.

Pros:
- Unique and intriguing storyline & characters
- fun combat
- fantastic sound design

Cons:
- technical issues
- time limit on accord missions
- FINAL BOSS

Summary:

Overall, Drakengard 3 is a pretty unique beast. The story and character that its present is unique, with how dark and twisted they are but it also got its humorous and emotional parts where the game balance all those elements extermly well which results in a very well done narrative that players can be invested in if they give it a chance, which is to say to play the game from the start to its eventual conclusion with the completion of the D route. The music and voice acting is top notch and the gameplay overall is just lots of fun with its fast pace action. While the game is really rough around the edges with Drakengard 3 having quite a number of issues in its design with the most notable one to me is probably the time limit on the accord missions, the framerate issues, along with other issues but if you are able to look past that, I say you probably enjoy the game. If anything else, Drakengard 3 will be a unique experience whether you like it or not.
