Chid of light was an interesting game to me when I first heard of it. It was structurally a consle style role playing game that we usually see out of Japan but the catch was that it was being made from a western developer. This interested me since we usually don't see western developers releasing console style rpgs which overall did prompt me to buy the game. so the ultimate question that remains for child of light is, is it any good? well that what we're going to find out in this review Hello, I am Peter_47890 or Sirus and I am here to review Child of light. Child of light is a rpg that was developed and developed by Ubisoft. It is a multiplatform title that is avable on pretty much every current gen and 7th gen console as well as being on PC with it also being avaible only on the Vita in terms of handheld consoles. I'll be reviewing the PS3 version of the game.

Summary:
Overall, if there is one word that I can describe Child of light, it is charming. It got a colorful world that is filled with colourful characters, the turn based combat is engaging that is also very easy to get into, the music does amplify the whimsical atmosphere that the game has, it got nice and enjoyable puzzles as you go through the game and the game overall just oozes charm. There are some flaws to the design of child of light, like the ending being rushed a bit or how some of the AOE spells is kind of useless due to their only being 2 characters on the field itself, but it is overall a very enjoyable game. I probably would say that you probably shouldn't get child of light if you are expecting a very meaty game in terms of character or story complexities and very in-depth and intricate gameplay systems but if you're looking for a nice fun adventure, child of light is the game for you.
