Aussie Garage Interviews Northern Steel Car Club
18Peter and Alison formed Northern Steel as there was no events north of the river at the time and by the time they got there with kids, there were tired, ratty and they stay for five minutes and went home. Peter put a post of Facebook seeing if anyone would be interested in a Northern Event and they got hundreds of responses to do it. The start the event in 2018 and then form a Car Club two years ago as members want C4C for their cars and now they have over 780 members within the club after a short time. Well Done Peter and Alison.
Peter has a stunning XY GT Original South African model that he restored from box of parts into this awesome ride. This Falcon XY GT is show quality vehicle, but its driven not hidden. I love this car and its one of my dream cars. The paint work, engine and interior have been finished off to perfect.
Northern Steel Annual Car Show Event 2023
Hey everyone, Phil and Dan from Aussie Garage chatting with Peter and Alison from Northern Steel Car Club about their event coming on the 15th of January 2023 at Perry Lakes, Corner of Underwood Ave and Perry Lake Drive, Floreat WA 6014.
They have got Vintage Collective Markets coming to the event to set up Stalls, Displays, Food carts, kids’ games, and other things to give the event to family feeling that Peter and Alison are trying to capture in all their event with the club.
There will be judging on the day for the entrants and trophies for the following categories, which are: Best Ford, Best Holden / Chev, Best Valiant / Mopar and Best Hot Rod / Rat Rod, plus People Choice Trophy and Northern Steel Car Club Member Vehicle Trophy as well.
Aussie Garage will be sponsoring one of the trophy categories for the Northern Steel Car Show 2023 on the 15th of January. We love supporting community events that go to good causes and this is no exception. All proceeds from the event will go to Beyondblue and RUAH which are Perth local charity groups that are doing great things for the community.
