Automachef Look
0Today I'm taking a look at a new automation game called Automachef. This game is about creating automated food preparation assembly lines.
The game is available on Steam and also on Nintendo Switch.
If you like Factorio or Satisfactory, but want something a bit more puzzle based, the Automachef may be the game for you. Each level you are given one or more recipes to produce, and a set number of ingredients and power to use, and you must build an automated assembly line for those recipes, while staying within budget.
On top of the different machines, conveyor belts and robot arms, you have 'order reader' machines, that can turn on or off other machines, in order to save power or produce the recipe correctly. Later on in the game conveyor belt splitters are introduced, as well as more advanced machines.
There is another game mode that I don't cover in this video that has you producing assembly lines for others, and you earn money based on how well you meet their requirements as well as how efficient the assembly line is.
This plays a bit similar to some other assembly line games, but its a bit more relatable because you are producing different recipes for making different food. If you like what you see, check the game out!
