Autonauts - Part 1: Starting Up - Bot Programming Game - Let's Play Autonauts
Autonauts is a crafting game that also allows you to build and program your own fleet of bots to help you out.
Go forth my robot hordes!
Whilst our goal is to create a fleet of robot workers, we have to start with the basics; a crude axe, a crude bench saw, a worker assembler, a basic workbench, all the stuff to set up with.
We learn how to take trees and turn them into planks and then due to my incompetence it takes a little while longer to work out how to craft wooden poles.
But then... we make robots! Little wooden robots that we program to do stuff for us! Behold glorious automation!

Who or what are the Autonauts?
The 'Automationauts' (to give them their fuller, grander, longerwindeder title) travel the universe with the sole goal of setting worlds in motion through the power of automation.
They harness whatever natural resources are available; they learn fast and can eventually make pretty much anything from anything. But their most important creations are workerbots, which can be made from the crudest of materials and taught to do anything an Autonaut can do so they can get on with helping species evolve.
