Berkut doesn't have any growth rates in game since he's a boss unit, but he can easily be given some based on his stats as a boss. Some of his HP Growth was reallocated to his Spd since Boss HP stats are inflated and he's very slow. One thing to note about the FE2/FE15 units is that their Res Stats are abysmal. So, for these units, their Res growth is set based on their endurance stat in FE15. Since Berkut doesn't have one, I just gave him the average endurance stat which is 0.5. Each unit is given 10% to their Res stat for every 0.05 over 0.35. So, in Berkut's case, he is 0.15 over which means his Res growth is set to 30%. Props to the folks in my discord for coming up with this idea! Moving onto his build: His stats don't jump off the page when you take a quick glance, but his main thing is that he gets Pavise from his personal weapon, Kriemhild (Pavise is only active when Kriemhild is equipped). This gives him some insane bulk since he also has access to Renewal from his Blessed Ring, which can help him with the war of attrition against many units. He also has access to Insight and Vigilance from his support with Rinea, which helps shore up his accuracy issues. The avoid is nice from Vigilance, but it doesn't really affect him too much with his poor 132 Base Avoid; so the main draw from it is the +20 Crit Avoid. His other ring, Keepsake Ring, gives him +5 Skl/Lck/Res, and his other Combat Art, Wildfire, gives him another +10 to his Lck (Yes, his Lck without any stat bonuses was at a measly 17!). Getting to his offense, he is no slouch with close to 70 Str and a weapon that can be used from 1-3 range which makes him a terrifying unit to fight from range. So, his main strategy is to start with Kriemhild, hope that Pavise bails him out, and if he needs some extra accuracy to finish a unit off, swap to Wishblade for the extra 18 hit.

Pavise: From Phantasm only when he is equipped with Kriemhild.

Kriemhild, as with a lot of other weapons that come in from other games, is rather weak on the Mt Side of things. I just boosted it up to a serviceable amount from 10 to 17. Also, one thing to note is that it comes with a 1-3 range and the skill, Pavise, when equipped.

The unit with the higher base speed will initiate first. (If unit has Shade or Stillness they will always choose who goes first). If both units have the same speed, the unit whose video it is will go first.

For weapons, the unit who is faster chooses the weapon they want the unit they are attacking gets to choose a weapon to counter them with. The unit who attacks first, goes through all the possible weapon combinations and picks whatever situation would give them the best chance at victory. After the initial turn, the only time a unit can change their weapon is on their turn.
