The eldest of the 3 brothers gets his turn to finish out the trifecta. Oscar in my eyes has been relatively unlucky in a lot of his fights in the other videos. Having access to Lances and Bows makes him a terrifying unit to deal as those are the two best martial weapon types in RD. He is able to proc Sol from Range with his Bow access and with his very good Skill and Luck, he has razor sharp accuracy against many units. He unfortunately doesn't have any skills at his disposal aside from Sol, so he really just relies on doing his damage with Sol for the most part. His major problems are his low bulk with 69/40/30 HP/Def/Res and low-ish Str which makes his Sol procs not hit as hard as you'd hope. Even with these problems, a Sol proc with 77 raw damage from a Double Bow is nothing to scoff at. With his 58 Spd, he can also out-speed many of the units in this series and potentially knock them out before they can even take advantage of his low bulk weakness.

The unit with the higher base speed will initiate first. (If unit has Shade or Stillness they will always choose who goes first). If both units have the same speed, the unit whose video it is will go first.

For weapons, the unit who is faster chooses the weapon they want the unit they are attacking gets to choose a weapon to counter them with. The unit who attacks first, goes through all the possible weapon combinations and picks whatever situation would give them the best chance at victory. After the initial turn, the only time a unit can change their weapon is on their turn.
