19Putting this out earlier than planned due to having a busy day tomorrow... Moving on from that, this boss is top 3 hardest to do with the no AC ruleset.
The best attacks to see are the dual reflecting lasers and the screen orb traversal, lots of time to deal damage with the sword. Ideally you want to prevent Shiron from being at the center as he does the ground laser sweep by phase changing, but if that's not possible, then take a position near him and delay your jump slightly, extending it with an air up slash afterwards, repeat for the other side. 50/50 you will get out unscathed, but the boss can also perform a feint and the laser, now on your side, will be pretty much hitting you. There's also the attack where Shiron slides across the room twice, with the machine spewing orbs after each movement. Also very inconvenient to get by without teleporting, but decent positioning and dashing should get you through it.
As for the special move... Issen Dash, despite looking like a meme attack, is actually a savior in several GV3 bosses, and it gets a chance to shine here thanks to its i-frames. You can dodge the first two laser squares by timing the dashes correctly, and then do the third dash like the one in the video to avoid being hit. However, 3 dashes with very precise timing and no room to breathe as you rush around left and right isn't something I wanted to bother with, so we use GV's i-frames to handle the first two laser squares, significantly reducing the difficulty of our maneuvers during Brilliant Raid.
