B.A. Patch Tournament Registration Re-Opened

The registration closes not till there are atleast 16 entries!

The rules:
BA patch tournement rules:
--Lag issues--
1: Emulation speed must be 20% or higher during the match or else the match is canceled.
2: At match cancelation both players must use their PVP folder to fight a boss of organizer's choice.
3: You must show a video of you defeating the boss to the organizer.
4: THe winner is decided by style. You must also put in failures.
5: At desync win/lose. Redo.
6: If the emulation freezes. Try waiting as long as possible. You can also decide if this means a do over.
--Match rules--
1: No restrictions on chips/NCPs. The patch provides many ways to fight against each stratgey.
2: You must show your folder and NCPs before the match to the organizer. You may NOT change this during the match.
3: All matches consists out of best outta 5. Single Pratice only.
4: If both sides run out of chips. You're on the buster / shield run. NO highest HP standing shit.
5: One player MUST record all matches and put them on youtube. Kotlol may commentary them after it's uploaded if the players want that.
6: The loser PMs Kotlol's youtube channel: www.youtube.com/kotlolish
7: You may edit your match videos if you want with Sony Vegas. But this is only allowed if both players agree with it.
--Time zone issues--
1: Due to different time zones, some matches maybe nearly impossible to do. If this is so, both players can agree to a challange match.
2: The organizers do not have to be online at the moment of the match.
--Cheating issues--
1: If there was a folder edit in the match or NCP edit. You will be disqualified.
2: Remember... no videos... no contest... We need to see videos.
3: If one side doesnt agree with the edits made in a video. This video must be removed and the raw cut must be put on display.
4: It is prefered to have both players record their matches to avoid as much cheating as possible.
5: If caught hacking or cheating or changing the rom. You lose.
6: If you purposely make it lag and we catch you of it. You lose.
