11Not very often I get hatemail from a rage quitting host AND their overleveled summon. Normally I blur player names when it's a clip with hatemail in it but with their character setups, tactics, toxicity, and me having a lack of time this week (even with Davinci's tracking tool I still have to review the frames) this one is not getting that treatment.
Still hoping that FromSoftware eventually alters the downscaling on password phantoms so that their upgrades which are greater than the host's are temporarily downgraded to match for the duration of the summon. As it is, the summon commonly has a +25/10 so they commonly get A-S scaling while the host commonly get's E-B scaling. This is also why it's so common to suffer from status effects in 1-2 hits from an overleveled summon, the bulk of the effect build up is tied to upgrades.
Also hoping that they'll lower the defense increases you get per rune level in a more impactful way for the RL 300+ downscaling. Since it's doubtful they'll do anything about equip load and by extension the higher tiers of defense/poise a player can get through more armor. Not sure what they could do about Godrick's Great Rune as it shouldn't be nerfed in pve but they could probably apply an effect similar to Radagon's Soreseal, % decreased defenses, in pvp to balance it at least a little.
Really wish I could've won the invasion with the second or third co-invader because they did well in keeping a target busy but it's not easy surviving against such a disparity in damage. Honestly kind of disappointed that it seems the host didn't really block me, even if it would be just because of my build like the honor red from last week (wrongfully) suggested.
