Bardbarian is a bit similar to the Battleship or Battletanks Maps for Warcraft 3. You control your character, that doesn't attack, but you can hire Mercenarys that closely follows you and automatically attacks all the enemies that are in range.

The Enemies try to move from the right, to the left, since there is your towns core, which they attack. You lose the game if the towns core get destroyed or if you lose all your hitpoints. If your mecenaries get hit they can also die from the damage. Then you have to call them again. Problem is, that they also gain level ups and the newly called mercenaries aren't as strong.

If you get a gameover, the game counts the gold you've collected and adds a bonus for the defeated enemie. The gold can be spend on level ups.

The game maybe looks a bit basic, but it's fun. Getting better each run, because of your dodging skills and because of the upgrades you bought.
