Basingstoke is a top down zombie "shooter" but it's less like a shooter but more of a catch me if you can game. You get weapons throughout the game and can attack the enemies, but most of the times you should conserve your ammo an avoid them, or to lure them into traps. On the way through the level you collect different items, which can be used for crafting or can be used on the zombies. So to lure them away, to make a zombie smell like a human, so that they attack the zombie instead of you.

The graphics of the game are simple, but effective.
