The Nook Tablet is here and ready to compete in the every growing tablet market. Priced at $250, Barnes & Nobels aims to create a low cost tabelt that rivals its main competitor the Kindle fire. The Nook Tablet has got a 7-inch VividView IPS color touchpanel with a 1024 x 600 screen resolution(169 PPI), a 1.2GHz dual-core OMAP4 processor, 1GB of RAM, dimensions of 8.1- x 5- x 0.48-inches ( that's 14.1 ounces), 16GB of inbuilt storage, a microSD expansion slot, battery life is up to 11 hours. Wifi 802.11b/g/n and support these file formats: CBZ, XLS, DOC, PPT, TXT, DOCM, XLSM, PPTM, PPSX, PPSM, DOCX, XLX, PPTX: videos in MP4, or Adobe Flash Player format, 3GP, 3G2 MKV, WEBM, H.264, MPEG-4, H.263,VP8: audio MP3, MP4, AAC, AMR, WAV, OGG.
