Batman Return of the Joker (1991) by Sunsoft. It is probably the prettiest game on the system. This is, of course, a debatable issue, but for me it is the prettiest. The big nicely shaded sprites do the job. On top of that, the animations are quite smooth and the soundtrack is a killer. Soundtrack is actually so god that i can easily put it in top 10 NES soundtrack. The game suffers for the fact that it is short and not very challenging. The plot is straight as a wire..... Joker escapes and Batman has to catch him. In the introductory video, the only thing you can read is the Joker's laughter, and no dialogue or monologue is delivered throughout the rest of the game. It's a shame because with the addition of a storyline, the game would definitely be more interesting and refined. This does not change the fact that it is a solid and one of the best games for the system. If you go by brand, it ranks second out of three.
