1Bracelet of Time is pretty useful for things like this.. I’m actually using it out of inventory to prevent the Inspired from being knocked away by the Magic Flute. This ensures that they both stay in range and are killed at the exact same time.
This can also be done with enemies like Joy’s who can dodge Magic Flute or be sent too far away to hit again. You can activate it while exiting your inventory.
The Bracelet of Time can be used to bypass any Witch and Lumen Statues. It only saves a few seconds here, but in other situations you can skip entire Verses by doing this.
The water will actually appear as soon as the Inspired spawn, but there’s a barrier blocking the room you need to go to. Evidently the devs knew this was possible.
