My batteries were dying at the end of this.. but we finally made it!!

I managed to get my total time under one hour with this run. This is over 5 minutes faster than the fastest time for All Chapters on Normal and officially the first total time under one hour..

I had to restart this Chapter a bunch of times because of that stupid planet phase, but finally found the route that doesn’t take you dangerously close to the last few planets. Dying here will destroy your time.. This part takes over a minute.

I guess this just gave me more practice, because all of these Verses except for Verse 9 were my fastest times yet! My 3rd PKP didn’t come out.. but the Jeanne and Climax Brace fight went perfectly so it didn’t make sense to worry about that minor bump. Besides that I couldn’t have asked for a smoother run.

You can’t access your inventory during most of this Chapter, so you’ll want to set up your accessories and items before you start and before heading into the end. There’s some weird glitch that can remove all of your lollypops if you use them from your inventory after using them from quick tabs.. Just remove them from the list and it shouldn’t be a problem.

The first few times I tried this all my Gold Lollypops dissappeared.. I wasn’t too impressed. You only need one Mega Gold Lollypop to run through the first 3 Verses if you go fast enough. I also discovered some weird motorcycle tech that actually speeds up those Verses.

If you bounce again as soon as your wheel starts sliding you’ll fly through the air faster than you can drive, this also helps you avoid enemies and obstacles. They won’t hurt you but they will slow you down.

I kept trying to look for an opening to destroy Jubileus with Sergey’s Lover, but pretty much everything has a set amount of health. She also randomly drains your magic at various points. The Bloody Moon already had enough damage to break all of her parts and get through the first phases without Sergey’s Lover.

Oh, and you can fire a bunch of Rockets and a Wicked Kick straight up with the Kilgore.. This deals quite a bit of damage and hits when nothing else can.

I did get pretty luck during the Jubileus fight with her constantly punching, but I only actually hit her a few times here. A few good hits from the Kilgore and Magic Flute are enough to break each phase. The Gaze of Despair makes it much more likely that she will leave herself open, even if this doesn't happen you may simply continue racking on the damage with the Kilgore.

The Bloody Moon can break her appendages slightly faster than the Magic Flute, but requires you to get right next to them. One lightly charged attack will break everything in one hit.

You can't use Items in the last 3 Verses, but you can still use equipped accessories. Make sure you equip what you need before the end of this Chapter! You won't be able to access your inventory again.



This cannot be done with Bayonetta or Zero. Bayonetta simply lacks the damage in certain Chapters and Verses to cut the total time down this low.

Zero has faster movement speed, but it's basically the same as Bayonetta or Jeanne with the Ice Skates.. You'll be transformed for most of the running segments anyways. Not only does Zero have lower damage on Wicked Weaves, but he can't use Sergey's Lover properly. This will make many of the Boss Chapters and Verses take significantly longer.

If you want to see Time Records on ∞ Climax, you need to use Jeanne..
