Beat Your Enemies With Awesome Combos In A Hokuto no Ken-inspired Beat 'em Up | Spirit X Strike demo
1Hello everyone! Here we are with another demo from the Steam Next Fest. This is Spirit X Strike, a really cool-looking 3rd person beat 'em up, where you can make incredibly awesome combos while beating your enemies. Sadly, though, I feel like when they tried to add more difficulty to the game, they ruined the fun of it. Adding too many enemies shooting from distance and enemies blocking your attacks, giving an extra importance to parry and dodge, which wouldn't be that much of a problem separately, but when you HAVE to be doing both almost at the same time over and over, while getting constantly surrounded and enemies will just block your attacks, it turns really tedious, and I think that is wasting the huge potential this game has.
I really hope the devs can find the perfect balance for this game, which I hope is the purpose of the demo, because this could become a really amazing game.
Also, PLEASE, LET US TURN DOWN THE VOLUME!!! I couldn't keep going because it was just killing my ears.
