Beyond Good and Evil Part 28: Finding Some Extra Cash
0So, after a rather depressing and odd cut-scene, we find out that the lighthouse has been attacked and all the children have been taken from us. The reason I feel like this is a little odd is because Jade already had enough motivation to find Pey’j and uncover the Alpha Section that taking the children doesn’t seem like the smartest idea to stop her from continuing. It does give her a few moments of pause but then is right back into the action. I guess that the fact that they stole the children is supposed to have scared us away (the fact they have the authority and power to sneak in and kidnap the people we care about) but, since Jade is already trying to save Pey’j, it only really motivates her more instead of scaring her off. Regardless, we now have the upgrade to our ship but, we are still missing a rather important piece and that piece allows us to travel in space. Right now, we can only fly around the world and, what I’m assuming, this is the time were your supposed to get as many of the pearls as you can before we lift off into space. I do take some time out and get some of the remaining pearls (I discovered these caves that smugglers have been using which is cool) but I don’t think I end the game with all the pearls. It does take some time for me to learn how to disconnect the boat from the Flying apparatus so, bear with me for that part.
