Biggest Possible Level Leap in Digimon Hacker's Memory
Showing the setup to get 4,000,000 experience points in Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth: Hacker's Memory for the PS4 / Vita, apparently the most you can get in a single battle and almost double compared to the largest amount of exp you can acquire in the original Cyber Sleuth. This overkill brings Terriermon from the lowest level to the very level cap, making the biggest possible level leap in Hacker's Memory 98.

To my knowledge, the enemy giving the most experience in the game is GranDracmon, the superboss of the game and imho a somewhat underwhelming alternative to the original CS's postgame which offered loads of overpowered superbosses to fight. He awards 100,000 experience points upon defeat prior to any modifiers from Platinum Digimon and Tactician USBs, which is superior to the Five PlatinumNumemon encounter in Abyss Server and the last battle of the Offline Colosseum's Masters Cup.
The Abyss Sever can be replayed as many times as you wish, which is a good way to quickly acquire stat boosting items like the otherwise extortionate Miracle Meat, and each time you face GranDracmon (you can always leave on floor 20), he gets stronger, the spike in difficulty being very noticeable - the Vampire King suddenly starts getting five turns in one, and Sistermon Blanc (Awaken)'s Protection Wave becomes vital for successful survival, as is access to fractional damage from Digimon like Mastemon and Vaccine piercers like Alphamon Ouryuken.
Because enemies in Cyber Sleuth award the same amount of exp when defeated on either difficulty mod, I face GranDracmon on Normal, since that makes survival a bit easier. The boss can still KO the PlatinumNumemons in a single AoE magic since they're very squishy on the magical resistance side. This could've been somewhat remedied by training them for +150 Int instead of +150 Strength, but the former makes for much reliable exp grinding that I will surely continue doing on this save file, since Mach Rush hits everyone and never misses as a Neutral move. Some luck is needed to survive. I do get pretty unlucky with the Panic status here. The battle kinda drags on because the boss re-applies his version of what is essentially Safety Guard, and I break it twice before switching to PlatinumNumemons.
The exp formula in this game is - base exp from battle x (1 + number of Platinum Digimon in the party) x (1 + number of Tactician USBs equipped), so with 3 PlatinumNumemons, each equipped with 3 Tactician USBs, I get a multiplier of 40 to the base exp value of 100,000 exp points, resulting in 4 million exp.
This is way more than is needed to capram the level of any lv. 1 Digimon, excluding the NX Digimon you can acquire through DLC (including pre-order DLC). As shown in the video, when Terriermon reaches his level cap quickly, Crusadermon NX only gets to lv. 87 when the exp dump is complete. The reason is because the NX Digimon level up much more slowly with much higher exp gains for next level than literally every other Digimon.
