"Intro & Opening Cinematic"—As part of the opening cinematic, the story takes place in Rapture in 1968, 8 years after the events of the first game. Dr. Tenenbaum has briefly returned to Rapture once she realizes that someone is continuing her work by enslaving new Little Sisters. Taking the role of Subject Delta, a Big Daddy, the player awakens and seeks out the Little Sister that it had previosly bonded with as protector.
