Blustery Day (OCD) - World of Goo Walkthrough
8To get OCD in this level you need to collect at least 18 Goo balls.
Start off by creating a chain of Water Goo by adding 5 of them to the initial Water Goo that's already attached at the start of the level. Connect a balloon to each of the Goo balls as you go along. Once you have added the 5 Water Goo, start removing all of the balloons except for the one at the end.
With the Water Goo now mostly on the ground, add another one onto the end and move the single balloon over onto it. Add one more Water Goo to the end and try to place it as close to the windmill as you can. Move the balloon onto the last one so that it gets lifted up and then let the balloon pop or remove it so that the last Goo ball falls right next to the windmill. If it's not close then add another balloon onto it and try again.
Grab a Water Goo and carry it over the windmill and attach it to the Water Goo chain. Even though you can't move the Water Goo through the base of the windmill, they can still connect to each other. Add 2 more Water Goo onto the chain. Try to get the 2nd one as close to the bottom of the level as you can. Grab a balloon and attach it to the last Goo ball. If you attach the balloon too far away from the Goo ball then when the chain gets lifted the balloon will pop against the windmill's blades. You can avoid this by attaching the balloon very close to the Goo ball.
Add 2 more Water Goo-balloon pairs so that there are 3 balloons now attached to the chain. Add 1 or 2 more Goo onto the end of the chain so that it can now reach the pipe. It'll probably take a while for all of the Goo to enter the pipe.
