2To get OCD in this level you''ll need to collect 25 balls of Goo.
Use the green Goo to build down towards one group of sleeping Goo. When they are awoken, do the same for the other group. Once all of the black Goo from both groups are awake, start building up towards the pipe.
Make sure to only use the green Goo when building anything. If you accidentally use a black one, use a Time Bug to go back a turn.
Once your structure reaches the pipe, let all of the extra Goo get sucked in and then one by one disconnect the Goo from your structure so that those too can be sucked in.
