6To get OCD in this level you need to collect 35 Goo balls, which is all but one.
Use the white box to begin building a circular structure until it's big enough to reach the pipe. Once part of your structure is being sucked into the pipe, separate it from the rest of the structure. A bar made of 2 Goo or a triangle of 3 are the best.
This way the suction from the pipe will hold up the smaller part of your structure and allow you to manually feed the Goo left over from the larger part of the structure. Then when you have only the 2 hanging from the pipe left, pull off the lower Goo ball so that the one touching the pipe gets sucked in, too.
