A long time ago, I watched a video by Ducain, where he launched from the bottom of Silent Cartographer to the top. It made a big impression on me, and I always wanted to re-create it. Eventually I managed to do it, but in a completely different way, and at the risk of sounding terrible, in a much easier fashion. I was an awful person. I told Ducain that he would hate me for this, and have since neglected to show him this method for north of five years...

WELL WAIT NO MORE, MY OLD FRIEND! I never showed the process because it included a new launch I was saving for a launching video I was making back then. But, hilariously, since Halo 5 is coming out tomorrow, maybe it's high time for a new launch in a near 14 year old game :)
