Bowser Stadium Walkthrough - Part 1
This this the third and most recent version of this hack (Gamma, named after the 3rd letter of the Greek alphabet).
This hack I made back in 2011-2012 was a first step to make a hack of acceptable quality, but since I was still a poor overworld builder at the time, I did something different entirely, and set up a system where you have to find 4 different switches before playing a final level, and everything is open from the start. Levels were also grouped into 4 difficulty levels. In this walkthrough, I'll be taking on the level sets in order of difficulty level. In part 1, I've done every Easy level.
0:31 Introduction #1: Not really a level. It just has more information about what's changed specifically for this romhack.
0:47 Introduction #2: A bit more introductory information + a short easy level made for beginners. Just by looking at these easy levels you'll figure out that this is one of the easiest hacks I've made up to this point.
2:28 Koopa Peninsula: A level based on Koopas of all sorts of colors. There are a few out-of-the-way secrets in this level, much like some others. Bowser Stadium, unlike later hacks in the series, had a lot of secret items (mostly 1-Ups so there wasn't much point in trying too hard to go after them).
6:09 Freaky Fantasy: A very basic ghost house that starts with a strightforward autoscrolling hallway with Eeries that leads into some small rooms where you have to look a it harder for the actual exit.
8:32 Muncher Fears: Another basic level that has a second half consisting mostly of Munchers and ghosts, hence the level name.
10:03 Forest of Pipes: By far the most interesting easy level, as it has multiple branching paths and a level theme not seen too often compared to the other levels you've seen. Exploration is key to getting all the Dragon Coins in this level.
12:47 Iceberg Passage: Similar to the other easy levels (very few enemies, wide open spaces), but this one is slippery. Still very easy to breeze through.
