In Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins for the Nintendo Game Boy, there's a relatively simple trick you can exploit that allows you to bring a flying bubble to any level! And it involves a hippopotamus!

To perform the bubble glitch, first you will need to beat the Hippo Level at least once, then return to that level.

When the hippo generates a bubble, jump into it and IMMEDIATELY press Start and Select to exit the level. This trick might need to be frame perfect, but if you mess it up, just try again!

If you did it correctly, however, you will now be able to bring a bubble to any level! When you start a new level, Mario will have some weird graphics around him, and those are supposed to represent the bubble. The bubble might look glitchy, but will still function like a normal bubble, meaning you can hold the A button to fly.

There's a LOT you can do with this glitch, including a weird way to beat the game, but I'll get to that later. For now, enjoy having a bubble in any level!
