BRUTAL DOOM v21 - Eldritch Abomination aka Icon Of Sin Final
Brutal Doom v21 is finally here, after almost 2 years since last Brutal Doom v20b official release (yes, it was when Starter Pack was released back in the New Year's Eve of 2016!). This update is really huge and you won't be disappointed because there are tons of multiple features, changes and additions that make this release a milestone.
Yes I've really had this much health as on thumbnail, because I forgot that when Icon is destroyed I still need to move. If you want to see the fight against the Icon Of Sin/Eldritch Abomination you can skip to 10:00. I was thinking what would be better, but making only a 2 minutes+ long video would be way too much. The last Hell levels of Doom II Hell On Earth with Maps Of Chaos aren't really hard, there is hardly a challenge. But compared to the urban levels or Infested Starport, this is a some sort of rest from hundreds of monsters. The Eldritch Abomination aka Icon Of Sin is one of the biggest improvements in Brutal Doom v21. For some players it might be a wrong thing, but personally fighting against plain texture on wall was cheap. Especially when whole your tactic was just to make a perfect timing and unload your rockets. Same goes for waiting for the elevator, seriously the whole idea for such a boss fight wasn't making any sense after Doom I. The Icon Of Sin unloads at you tons of fireballs and and this one very dangerous attack that can make a lot of damage. And it has over 40000HP, the best weapons are these using Energy Cells, BUZZSAW (if you are lucky) is by far the best choice, not sure about Unmaker. Rocket Launcher, Minigun, Railgun, Automatic Shotgun and BFG9K - thank you for your performance o/
