1After setting up the initial settlement, we now move on to other prospects, those being: connect to NATO, build an Oil Refinery, finally break even on loans, get more citizens, become autonomous.
Well, maybe someday...
Anyway, everything else seems to be coming along. It certainly isn't smooth. There were a few hiccups along the way, and a few more 5-year loans. The distillery and clothing factory is pulling the majority of the money, but the interest is eating it up.

Oh, and we deal with pollution and waste management a little, too.
If you have problems with those, it's either your sewage overflowing or your wastebins themselves. That one was fun to figure out. I at first assumed it was the factories or the heating plant, but no.
And crime... Crime is fun to deal with, too. Good luck. Get some prisons, a big police department, and a courthouse.
