Building Ubisoft's Games User Research Machine - Ubisoft Paris - #GamesUR Conference 2015
This talk will detail how Ubisoft’s User Research operation grew from a 3 person structure in Paris to more than 100 User Researchers spread among 13 locations around the world, and how it has helped enforce the player-centric approach Ubisoft embraces more and more every year. We will describe the challenges Ubisoft has faced and the solutions we found in order to meet these challenges, providing insight on how to deal with a growing User Research operation.
