Bunnie Rabbot Substance Texture Session 006 - Manually Updating the Surface Normals of the Face
Continuing work in progress on refining how I use CC4 to bring my Sonic fan art characters to life here is the next phase of the Chinese New Years challenge project. In this session I am updating some placeholder eyes in the substance file with my newly made UV pupil texture set so the model looks less creepy. Then after I use various height map adjustment techniques to bust apart the remaining too human looking surface normals on the face to try and push the bunny look. Then initial preparation is being mad for starting the parallax displacement bottom surface fur texture.

Warning this is not by any means a walkthrough or guide. Lots of mistakes were made and Im sure not the best solutions were used but the goal for today was just to get it working and look reasonably ok.
