J-SOC recieves word that a base in India codenamed "Spectre" Is about to be attacked by Menendez's mercenaries. Plus China's SDC, led by Chairman Tian Zhao, is planning to take over Russia and make them a part of SDC. Section briefs a strike force squad that they will be used as reinforcements for the holdout sqad there.


Tutorial: Basically it tells you how to play strike force missions.
