My favorite of the series (so far), I haven't played anything past BO1. This game is a leap in fidelity compared to the previous, using a different form of antialiasing while looking much sharper than MW2. It fixes the very few issues I had with MW2, including the horrible flinching when hit and it's difficulty is very fair with only a few tricky checkpoints.

If I had to list a complaint, it would be that characters use some sort of new hitbox that causes the player to freak out and "vibrate" when near someone and this happens a lot more often than not. There are a few times it causes my death even and is very annoying.

I absolutely love the story in this game and can't wait to play the second game, and then the modern Cold War. I would give this a 9/10, including multiplayer which I have many hours in.
