Call of the Sea - Part 6 - Could we belong here?
0Hey everyone and welcome back to Call of the Sea.
We have reached a new area within the game, we spend some time looking around. It seems there are a load of huts located around here, could someone have lived here ? In some of the huts there are pits of black goo. When we look inside we are shown a vision again but this time we understand. There are many hunt on different levels in this area and they each seem to have a symbol of there own. The pictures on the walls show that each member had to agree in order to change the water levels so we continue looking for a way out. Each of the levels has a button that we are able to press, if we press them in the correct order then we might be able to raise the water level. We need to look around for the right combination.
We find a pillar located at the bottom that has different symbols located all around it. We write down the symbols we can see, could this be the sequence? Unfortunately we are only able to see part of the sequence so we will have to work out the right. Once we push the buttons in the right sequence the water level changes ad we are able to change the water level by pressing some new buttons. Once the water levels are changed a new portal appears to us, these portals allow us to turn into the fish person and swim underwater for long amounts of time. We find more of the doors that need to be opened on a timer, using these puzzles we are able to change the way the current is going. We are also able to look around under the water and see some of the hidden art work.
We make our way out of the water and to the other side of the last area, this allows us to change the water levels again so we can access the tunnel. We make our way down and through another portal to swim to the next area. The current catches us and takes us on a journey through the waters below. We see so many different animals the any ordinary person would have missed. What is our condition? We arrive in a new area, but it seems that someone has been here before. Could it have been Harry? We find another letter left behind by Harry, it seems that Harry discovered some dark truth about this island and the sacrifice that was made here. We look around but are still unable to locate Harry so we need to push forward. We find markings on the wall that show the ritual that Harry spoke about in his letter. We take the boat to the next area, we start to feel that this place is more like home. Have we lost track of time ? do we belong in this strange place?
We find another camp so we know Harry made it this far. We find a letter left from Harry, it seems the crew have all turned against each other. They all seems to be going mad. Harry speaks in his letter about mixing his blood with the black goo, has he lost his mind? We find a strange looking monument that we are able to stick our hand in, this changes our spots to form a symbol. We manage to open the door, we need to find Harry and fast before something bad happens.
