It's been 4 months since the initial filing of my lawsuit and I'm still patiently waiting on the assigned judge's decision on a filed motion that will allow my lawsuit to proceed to the next phase. Just wondering how long the federal court is going to drag out the motion which only requires a Yes or No answer in judgment.
