I filed a lawsuit on 12.11.2020 against Google and Youtube for reasons I will reveal if and when the Motion filed with the lawsuit is finally answered. The Motion requires a simple, Yes or No, answer yet it has been 6 months since filing suit and still no answer. I've been making 1 call per month, checking on the status of the Motion.

I'm going to wait 2 full months before making the next call. If there is still no answer, I'm going to have to pay the filing fee and retract the Motion because those behind Google and Youtube have been stealing my share of the Ad Revenue and or preventing my videos from earning Ad Revenue for nearly 5 years and I am not going to wait another 5 years for an answer on a Motion which requires a simple, Yes or No, answer.

I have a solid lawsuit with a substantial amount of submitted digital evidence contained on 2 USB flash drives which I won't be the least bit surprised if the Clerk of Court claims the drives were corrupted or are somehow missing... Systemic Racism has me pondering every possible situation. This is Audio Visual Proof and I will keep you posted.
