Twice Attorney for Google Offered to Assist Me In Filing Court Documents. Must Think I’m an Idiot.
[LET IT BE KNOWN] I DO NOT TRUST, SOPEN B. SHAH, THE ATTORNEY WHO REPRESENTS GOOGLE AND YOUTUBE VIA PERKINS COIE LAW FIRM, JP STADTMUELLER, THE ASSIGNED JUDGE TO MY LAWSUIT OR THOSE BEHIND GOOGLE AND YOUTUBE. HERE'S WHY...
1. Those behind Google and YouTube have been stealing my share of the agreed upon ad revenue for the past 5 years now and now that I have filed a lawsuit in Federal Court, those behind Google and YouTube have completely demonetized my channel. They have also put a policy in place which allows them to continue running ads on my videos and all of the ad revenue would have continued going to them but I set all of my videos to Private EXCEPT for my Evidence Videos and Videos Providing Updates to the Progression of my lawsuit.
2. The Assigned Judge, JP Stadtmueller, never officially answered my motion to Proceed without Paying the Filing Fee after patiently waiting 8 months and 27 days. A Clerk of Court Representative informed me, over the phone, that the judge can take as long as he wants to answer any motions. This is what prompted me to pay the filing fee on the same day I made the call to the Federal Clerk of Court. You may say there could have been a backlog of cases but what the Federal Clerk of Court Representative told me makes me strongly believe otherwise.
3. The Attorney for the Defendants, Google and YouTube, have twice offered to assist me in filing an important court document, that according the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the Plaintiff is required to file. The Attorney for the Defendants appear to be very arrogant in both attempts to assist me, possibly hoping I would actually accept and be stupid enough to put my trust in their hands. Does Sopen B. Shah honestly believe I would trust that the document would actually be filed knowing that if the document was not filed would result in my lawsuit being dismissed? Sopen B. Shah is openly engaging in a Serious Conflict of Interest in twice attempting to offer the Plaintiff assistance despite being hired by and represents the Defendants, Google and YouTube. I wonder if an attorney can be disbarred for doing such a thing?
