Not sure why the copy of the lawsuit files sent to Youtube Headquarters is taking so long to reach its destination. Someone at Google Headquarters signed for the package 3 days after it was mailed , yet the package has not reached Youtube Headquarters in San Bruno, California and it has been 10 days now. ???
For now, it's a waiting game to see if Google will sign the Notice of Summons and Waiver of Service before the October 14 30day deadline. Either way, I have to file the Defendants' action with the Federal Clerk of Court...
