0The 1:00 minute mark of the audio recorded video is very important, as it reveals my near future intent due to the, in my opinion, unnecessarily long wait time for a Filed Motion that simply requires a YES or NO decision from the assigned judge, in order for my lawsuit to proceed.
There are NO legal technicalities involved in the decision making and NO significant precedents will arise from the final decision. I'm hoping this long wait time isn't motivated by (Race and Gender). Waiting nearly half a year, for a Yes or No decision seems highly suspicious. I believe the Federal Clerk of Court and the assigned judge may not be taking my lawsuit seriously due to being represented Pro se. Yet when I am ready to post my Lawsuit, in its entirety, anyone viewing the documents will think they were prepared by a Licensed Professional Attorney.
