What I've noticed for many Mondstadt events is that it tends to feel like an excuse for cameos rather than having any weight like the Liyue and Inazuma quests. To be fair when it comes to the holidays even I haven't really found much content to adapt into a game so that could be the reason. I'd say the charity snack shop part was the most interesting and even that chucked in 3 cameos.


As a comparison I'd probably liken it to Moonchase and technically also the Sabseruz Festival. Both holidays by themselves weren't very interesting if there wasn't something more game related going on at the same time. I think Weinlesefest will turn out to be like Moonchase where our final chapter will have some interesting reveal about Razor or his parents and Mondstadt's past just like how Moonchase revealed that Archons can't actually die and that Guoba used to be one.


Anyway let's see what ends up happening on Wednesday!
