In this video, Captain Fizz Meets the Blaster-Trons, released in 1988 for the Atari ST by Psygnosis.
The computer's AI of the spacecraft Icarus has gone mad and has set a course to collide with the sun and has also activated all its internal defences in order to annihilate intruders. We, and possibly a friend via split screen, take the controls of cloned soldiers in order to reach Icarus main computer and throw it into space before it throws the Icarus into the sun.
Even if there is no scrolling and you can't see if there are incoming enemies, the game is playable and very challenging. Beware, Captain Fizz is a game of cooperation between two players; you can finish it in single but it's very very hard. Concerning the graphics, they are accurate and detailed while the sounds of the game are nice and adequate.
