The high jump in my version is quicker to perform than the high jump in satvara's version, and it doesn't use any Holy Water either. However, Satvara's jump's positioning allows him a more direct (and far easier) way to reach the next destination. Optimally performed this could be faster than satvara's version.

I wish it was possible to reach the next checkpoint with a long jump as well (it's around the corner, and you can easily go OOB here) but I couldn't make it happen. Might be loading reasons, or that it's just too far away to reach with a sprint jump.
