Boss: Mummy Man - 13:59
Whoever designed enemies like Quetzalcoatl, Armored Fleaman, Ripper and the like can go suck a big, fat bag of dicks.
Forgotten City is one of the most annoying maps of the game. A lot of dangerous enemies, almost none that are vulnerable to any status and annoying shit like Quetzalcoatl, Armored Fleamen, Ghosts, Ectoplasms and Tanjellies in lots of places. At least this level gives you Griffon Wing (you must have Owl Morph from Dark Academy) which grants Jonathan infinite jumps.
If you got an Agni's Flame this level is a little less obnoxious as having it with a moderate amount of STR guarantees that Quetzalcoatls will die in four hits (Agni's Flame easily hits twice if the target is positioned correctly). Gorgons, Tanjellies, Jack O' Bones are weak to fire as well and Ghosts and Ectoplasms will die in one hit as long as you are buffed by Offensive Form. Other stuff like Lesser Demons and Demon Heads can be dealt with using Piercing Beam or Spirit of Light.
Mummy Man is an easy boss (thankfully) and he only has one real dangerous attack which is the block throw when used in a circular pattern, this attack can be easily denied with Clear Skies but pay attention as if it's done in the way it was shown here the block coming from below CAN hit you even if you used a charged Clear Skies.

A few notes about this run:
* Played on Hard difficulty at Max Level 1 cap.
* Done on fresh new game (no New Game+ items or benefits AT ALL).
* NO Ancient Armor, Vic Viper, Twin Bee or Konami Man, and any Boss Rush reward.
* Grinding for items, equipment and mastery will done off-screen between videos. I won't use items of areas I haven't visited yet.
* NO Wind duplication item glitch will be used here.
* I won't abuse of certain utterly broken stuff like Miser Ring + Gold Ring + Gold grind.
